A Journey of Faith & Adventure in Argentina

His glory alone

Welcome to my travel blog! I’m Aubrey Ann, and I’m in Argentina serving at a hostel in Bariloche. I’ll keep you updated with my adventures, struggles, prayer requests, and joys. We serve an amazing God, and I truly hope that He uses these months for His glory alone!

It's Happening!

Hop on the journey with me as I wrap up my time here in the absolutely stunning city of Bariloche, Argentina. I’m already on the ground, already settling into life here, and I have three more weeks of serving ahead of me. The Lord has called me to be here sharing the gospel with international backpackers and travelers while living and volunteering at a hostel that’s completely free to them. It’s been a stretch and a gift all at once, and I’m beyond grateful you’re here with me. Even just stopping by this site to keep up with what God is doing has meant a lot.

These weeks have been full. New faces every day, conversations I couldn’t have planned, and moments where I’ve felt both small and totally sure the Lord put me here on purpose. I’m excited to share updates from the last stretch and to tell you what God is teaching me as I finish strong. It really is a powerful God we serve.

And truly, I know I can’t do this alone. Thank you for following along, for praying, and, if you feel led, for supporting me financially. I’m so grateful. Please reach out to me anytime. I miss home and the people I love, and I would really love to stay connected.

Would you commit to supporting me in prayer for these final three weeks? Please pray for boldness and clarity as I share Christ with travelers from all over the world. Pray for open doors and real conversations, not just quick hellos. I also have a membership at a rock climbing gym, MetalMark, and I’ve been learning to climb and boulder. Please pray the Lord uses that as a simple, natural way to invite backpackers into fun day trips where they can see God’s creation and hear about saving faith in Jesus. Please pray for my team too. I’ve been meeting other volunteers along the way and we all need wisdom, unity, and stamina. Finally, pray for all the tiny details that still need to come together as my time here wraps up, and pray for my parents and siblings. We miss each other, and I’m asking God to steady all of our hearts.

Thank you for being part of this with me.

Would you please commit to supporting me in prayer? Please pray for me as I’m preparing to go. I have a membership at a rock climbing gym, MetalMark, and am learning to climb and boulder. Please pray for me as this will be a way to take backpackers out for fun day trips to share God’s creation and his saving faith through Jesus! Please keep my team in prayer too – I haven’t met any of the other volunteers yet, but I know that they will have similar prayer needs! Finally, pray for God to work out all of the tiny details, and pray for my parents and siblings as I know they are going to miss me, and I will miss them too!

How You Can Help

The most powerful way you can help is through prayer—lifting up my team, the backpackers we will meet, and the work God is doing in Argentina. If you feel led, you can also support me financially to help cover program costs, travel expenses, and daily needs while serving at the hostel. Every gift makes a difference and allows me to focus fully on loving and serving others during this new season. Thank you SO much for being part of this mission!
